Whilst retaining its character, the cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard and offer comfy and cosy accommodation.

The cottage boasts an unusually large garden and there is also ample parking for 2 cars located at the rear of the property.

Down View is a delightful semi detached thatched character cottage situated conveniently on the outskirts of the village of Croyde, within a five minute walk of "The Manor" pub and the start of the village with its surf shops, restaurants, pubs and tearooms. The famous surfing beach of Croyde Bay is but a short walk from the centre of the village.

Situated opposite Vale Cottage B & B, there are many fabulous walks over the hills to Saunton Sands, Putsborough & Woolacombe.

This traditional Cob Cottage has recently been renovated and offers comfortable accommodation sleeping up to 5 people in its two bedrooms. Outside, the property boasts a large patio area for relaxation and a large fenced garden for those hot summer days. Off road private parking is available at the property for two cars.

Croyde Bay

Due to the warm waters & clean beach, Croyde Bay is one of the top venues for surfing and the beach is amongst the top 5 in the country.

The Village itself is unspoilt and keeps its quaint village charm while offering a variety of surf shops, pubs (including the famous "Thatch Pub"), restaurants and tea rooms. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with its many walks such as the walk to Baggy Point across National Trust land.

Croyde is ideally situated for those wishing to explore North Devon with Saunton, Braunton, Barnstaple, Woolacombe, Illfracombe, Lynton & Lynmouth and Clovelly all within easy reach.
